Here is where German and French meet! This is Susan Lafky's page for her students of German and French. The German-French connection is symbolized by the photos above.
1. FIRST! Please, do the required reading on Netiquette, AUP, Getting Started, AND download and read the Student Handbook. Policy on re-takes: To ensure the integrity and validity of graded measures of student performance, Middlebury Interactive prohibits retaking of quizzes, exams and multiple choice computer-graded assignments except under extenuating circumstances. Students are allowed one opportunity to formally complete graded assignments. Once a student has submitted their answers, they are provided with the graded results. In cases where multiple choice answers were incorrect, the student is given the correct answers. This practice allows students to learn from their mistakes, while also providing an accurate assessment of the students’ knowledge, progress and learning in the course.
If you would like to redo a teacher-graded assignment, ( a speaking or writing assessment) please send me a message via our course messaging system and request that I unlock/ reset it for you. Please include the following THREE things: 1) exactname of the assignment, AND 2) the lesson number /or unit-day AND 3) (for speaking/writing assignments) Send me a short summary of the feedback I left for you!
I need these three things from you before I can reset any quiz/assignment. I will go in and unlock it for you so that you may re-do it and improve your grade.
2. Once you have completed the required reading, choose the tab from the menu on the left to go to your language.
