Please recognize that your role as a student and my role as an instructor are  very different than in a live classroom. You need to show more initiative and be  more independent than in a traditional classroom setting. You must actively  direct and participate in your own learning. The common traits successful online  students possess are:
 TIMELINESS and
 ATTENTION TO DIRECTIONS/FEEDBACK!!
